When you use our quote form, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, car brand and model/year, a description of the problem, and your preferred contact method (call or WhatsApp). If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we naturally receive your number and whatever you choose to share about your vehicle.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote, arrange diagnostics, pickup or repairs, and communicate with you about your vehicle. That’s it. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing, ever.

WhatsApp and phone communication

If you choose WhatsApp as your contact preference, we’ll message you on WhatsApp about your quote or repair. You can ask us to stop messaging at any time, and we will.

Data retention

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to serve you — typically for quote follow-up and warranty records. If you’d like your details deleted, just ask (see below) and we’ll remove them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on 0501244337 or visit our workshop in Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2, Dubai, and we’ll sort it out.
